Our Factory

To ensure maximum efficiency, the factory plant and our nation headquarters are located in the same area, which is approximately 6,000 square meters in size. The factory is equipped with comprehensive automatic and semi-automatic machinery and is monitored by CCTV. it boasts the highest levels of safety and hygiene standards possible.

We have been awarded with a GMP certificate (Good Manufacturing Practice) from BPOM Indonesia, which is the official food and drugs standards agency in Indonesia.



We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of hygiene standards at our factory and throughout all stage of the production processes. In the factory, the plant features an epoxy resin floor and we implement a rigorous pest-management system via a reputable third-party company.

During the production processes, we use automatic / semi-automatic machines. For those process that require manual handling, we ensure all staff follow sterilization procedures and wear sanitized outfits before starting work. As part of our continous hygiene commitment, we also implement preventive measures such as lab checks and annual employee health checks.



Maintaining high quality levels is important to us. We carry out strict quality checks at every stage of production, from the control of raw materials to the final products. Each production batch is checked individually, and we continue to monitor periodically until the expiry date. As part of our commitment to quality, we regularly undertake market inspections to find and destroy products that have passed their expired date.



The laboratory is equipped with up-to-date tools, and together with our qualified product development team, we are able to innovate and produce new product lines quickly. An allocated product retention room, managed by our experienced quality assurance team, allow for constant monitoring of the quality and condition of all product samples throughout their shelf life.

We professionally manage our logistics with a FIFO system, and use a dedicated fleet of vehicles for delivery, as well as patnerships with reputable third-party logistics companies to ensure that all deliveries are made in a smooth and timely manner.
